1. Regularly reflect on your core values and beliefs.
Take time each week to think about what truly matters to you. What principles guide your decisions? What do you stand for? By regularly revisiting these fundamental aspects of your identity, you’re less likely to be swayed by fleeting trends or other people’s opinions.
